Dr. Supitcha Sutthanonkul is a heritage specialist with the SEAMEO Regional Centre for Archaeology and Fine Arts (SEAMEO SPAFA), where she contributes to research, capacity-building, and regional collaboration in archaeology, conservation, and cultural heritage management across Southeast Asia. She holds a Master of Arts in World Heritage Studies from the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus–Senftenberg, Germany (2018–2021), a globally respected interdisciplinary programme focused on heritage conservation, policy, and sustainable cultural resource management. At SEAMEO SPAFA, Dr. Sutthanonkul works at the intersection of research, education, and community engagement, supporting initiatives that strengthen heritage awareness and professional training in the region. Her academic grounding in global heritage frameworks, combined with a strong Southeast Asian perspective, allows her to bridge international heritage theory with local contexts. She is recognised for her commitment to advancing collaborative, culturally informed approaches to heritage interpretation and preservation.
